Whether you are brand new to CrossFit or a veteran cross fitter, come try a class with us. During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, and talk about next steps.

Month-to- Month

Join our community on a monthly basis with no contract. Unlimited classes, access to all programs, free childcare & top level coaching.

Month-to-Month with 24 Hour Access

$200

Join our community on a monthly basis with no contract. Unlimited classes, access to all programs, free childcare & top level coaching. In addition you will have access to the gym during off hours and can train outside of our scheduled class times.

Family / Couples

$280 ($50 each additional family member)

It's a family affair! We are family friendly and you, your spouse and/or children can join our community on a monthly basis with no contract. Unlimited classes, access to all programs, free childcare & top level coaching.

Are you a member at an affiliate and need a place to drop-in while in Norfolk? We love Drop-ins and welcome you to join us! Check out the schedule, and come to class a little early to sign our waiver.

CrossFit 757 Fundamentals

Starting off can be intimidating for many and that's why we have a guided intro experience for you.

Our fundamentals program will help you get started and feel comfortable and confident coming into the regular classes.

Features
    • 2 sessions (about 1.5 hours each) either 1v1 or with a small group
    • Introduction to the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit
    • We discuss gym etiquette, operations and the "why" behind what we do.
    • We discuss your goals and set you up for success and teach you how to move safely and efficiently through the most common movements you will encounter in our general CrossFit classes.

1 Hour Fundamental Refresher

Features

The 1 Hour Fundamental Refresher is for you if you have taken a break or short hiatus from CrossFit and want to review the basics. We will touch base on the 9 fundamental movements and answer any questions you have, as well as discuss your goals.
