CrossFit 757 Fundamentals
Starting off can be intimidating for many and that's why we have a guided intro experience for you.
Our fundamentals program will help you get started and feel comfortable and confident coming into the regular classes.
- 2 sessions (about 1.5 hours each) either 1v1 or with a small group
- Introduction to the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit
- We discuss gym etiquette, operations and the “why” behind what we do.
- We discuss your goals and set you up for success and teach you how to move safely and efficiently through the most common movements you will encounter in our general CrossFit classes.
1 Hour Fundamental Refresher
Getting back to CrossFit after a hiatus and want to review the fundamentals?
The 1 Hour Fundamental Refresher is for you if you have taken a break or short hiatus from CrossFit and want to review the basics. We will touch base on the 9 fundamental movements and answer any questions you have, as well as discuss your goals.
